 ANNUAL RENEWAL FORMS for RETURNING FAMILIES

1) First, make sure all of your end of the year paperwork is turned in; Final Attendance, Final Report Card and any Final Tuition Payments.
2) Fill out the 2023-2024 Registration Contract.
3) Update your CHEA & HSLDA Memberships and email in your screenshot reciepts.
4) *If you’re enrolling a 1st grader or need help with Course of Study, schedule for one of our August appointments (under Contact Us).
5) Pay your 2023-2024 Registration Fee by August 25th, 2023.
6) Sign up for/pay for your 2023-2024 Classes by August 25th, 2023.
7) Attend the Mandatory Kick-Off Meeting (orientation/picture day)
on Thursday, September 7th, 2023.
8) Fill out the Annual Renewal Forms below and email to info@vvdcs.org .
